Golfing For Fish With The Original Fishing Snake
The next time you hit the fairway, consider bringing your tacklebox instead. Read this month's article from Bass Bustin Billy T who landed a nice Bass on the Black Moccasin. |

This Guy Is Good - Danny G with a 14.1 and 11.3 that both inhaled the Black Moccasin.
"It's as though the red fleck in the black moccasin provokes these bigger fish into extremely aggressive reactions. I average 85+ fish per bait without having to replace my snakes - so talk about value, these are great!" |

Fin in the finger, this 10.4 strikes back and got released. She slurped the Red Hot Viper right off the surface like candy.

Doug ,
I would love to have seen the action of the New Brown Rat Snake. I
know the fish
that schooled me with the Black Moccasin sure got my heart pumping. It was
the most exciting 10 to 12 minutes I have ever had fishing. I had only
moved it about 5 feet toward the boat before I saw here, and almost fell
over the side of the boat when I saw how large she was. I was extremely
lucky to say the least, but did manage to get this nice picture for you. We
released her immediately so I can't say for sure how large ,but I'll guess
she was every bit of 9 lb's. Thanks for all you have done for the sport,
and all your great information.

This largemouth wasn't playing games when it swallowed the Red Viper. Look past the green weed.

That bass was caught in a club tournament. It weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz. and was the lunker bass of the day! I caught her on a black moccasin in about 2 ft. of water. She hit the snake so hard I almost lost my rod and reel! It was awesome!

No Dinks here! Officer Harry and a huge 15.6 lb Florida SOW. That's a fiberglass replica. All Fish were released, unharmed. She blew up on it and missed the Grass snake twice, third time was the charm. Had another one on that may have been even bigger. Deep in the slop, where you would never expect a fish to live - especially of this size. |

Wear your lucky hat and fish the snake. You too can catch a Big ole gal. Black Moccasin took down this 9.8, she was released no problem. Took it right off a pad. |
